QUIZ COMPETITION GUIDE
The Search for Tech King and Queen ICT Quiz Competition is a web-based platform, designed to enable a large number of interested candidates in various states participate. The competition is open to all interested contestants nation wide, with every approved contestant from any state qualified to emerge a winner. The competition is open to all tech lovers who desire to adbance their tech career.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1. One-Time Free Sign-up: All intending participants must complete a one-time free sign-up process, where they register their names and other details to create a unique competition name (Quiz Name) and Password.
NOTE: Do not forget your Quiz Name and Password. The two will be required for login on the quiz competition day.
2. Competition Schedule: The Search for Tech King and Queen ICT quiz competition is held quarterly.
The first quarter (Q1) opens for participants to join from 1st of January, to second/third week of March when Q1 competition takes place.
Second quarter (Q2) opens for participants to join from 1st of April, to second/third week of June when Q2 competition takes place.
Third quarter (Q3) opens for participants to join from 1st of July, to second/third week of September when Q3 competition takes place.
Fourth quarter (Q4) opens for participants to join from 1st of October, to second/third week of December when Q4 competition takes place.
3. Competition Format: The Male participant with the highest score will emerge as the Tech King, while female participant with the highest score will emerge as the Tech Queen.

HOW TO JOIN THE QUIZ COMPETITION
As soon as countdown begins, the joining of quiz competition for the quarter remains open till the competition day.
Candidate who already signed up can simply enter his/her Quiz Name, upload proof of payment, and click Join Competition.
QUIZ DETAILS
- Total Quiz Questions: The quiz competition consists 60 questions to be answered. Each question carries five (5) marks.
- Question Duration: Candidates have 15 seconds to answer each question, with a total time frame of 15 minutes + 2 minutes extra for cross-checking.
- Pass Mark: Candidate with highest scores emerges winner of the quiz.
WINNERS
The male and female candidates with highest scores emerge as Tech King and Tech Queen of The Search for Tech King and Tech Queen ICT quiz competition.
In an event of a tie: the candidate who finished first, based on server time, will emerge as the winner of the position.
REPEATING THE COMPETITION
The Quiz Competition procedure goes repeatedly in every year's quarter.
